In 2009, two people in dead end jobs came together to create a brand new industry, real estate photography. They believed that by taking care of clients and providing the best quality and service, they could make life easier for realtors and help them sell their listings faster. The formula worked and in 2014 they sold their first territory. Expansion happened quickly and so in 2019 they became a franchise. Today, we still have that same commitment to excellence in customer service, support, technology, hard work, drive and passion and we love sharing our secret formula with new entrepreneurs.

Keith Bolash

Founder

Keith Bolash, the Founder, brings 15 years of experience and expertise in sales. Living in Mechanicsburg, PA, Keith’s superheroes are his kids, and he enjoys Thanksgiving dinner and cookies. His favorite movie is Goodfellas, and his family is his pride and joy. Outside of the industry, he loves golf and sports. Keith has two sons—one is a photographer, and the other is pursuing a degree in education. He owns Moe’s Bar and Grill and supports Tee Off Against Cancer.

Greg Drake

CEO

Greg Drake is the CEO and Board Chair with an impressive 35 years of experience in the industry. Greg is an expert in weather and resides in Harrisburg, PA. His favorite superhero is Captain America, and he loves pizza and ice cream for dessert. His favorite book is Getting to Neutral, and his favorite movie is A Time to Kill. Greg is passionate about helping others, and outside of work, he loves fishing. He has four children, ranging in age from 7 to 35. Additionally, Greg runs a TikTok channel, and his cause is supporting abused women and children.

Dee Noll

Office Manager

Dee Noll is the Office Manager and Owner of 360 M/D, with 6 years in the industry. Dee lives in Mechanicsburg, PA, and loves her daughters, who she considers her superheroes. Her favorite foods include filet and crab cake, with bundt cakes as her dessert of choice. Dee’s love for reading is extensive, and her favorite film is Coyote Ugly. Outside of work, she is a fan of reading and sports. Dee shares a special fact: she has three daughters, two of whom she adopted from birth.

Tanner Shore

Head of Photography and Video Production

Tanner Shore is the Head of Video Production and a photographer with 1.5 years of experience. An expert in cinematography and wedding videography, he resides in York, PA. Tanner’s favorite superheroes are Batman or Wolverine, and he loves his grandma’s beef stroganoff with ice cream for dessert. His favorite books include To Kill a Mockingbird and Of Mice and Men, and his favorite movies are The Nice Guys and La La Land. Tanner values self-improvement and enjoys golfing. He has a background in cinema studies and baseball, and he continues to pursue wedding videography.

Lindsay Quay

Head of Editing

Lindsay Quay is an Editor with 12 years in the industry, specializing in photography and telecommunications. She lives in Emmaus, PA, and her superheroes are her kids. Lindsay’s favorite dessert is cookie dough ice cream, and her favorite book is the Night by Elie Wiesel and her favorite movie is Pretty Woman. She cherishes her family and enjoys outdoor activities with her kids. After living in Buffalo, she moved back to her hometown in Emmaus with her husband and two children.

Cybil Escobar

Marketing Coodinator

Cybil Escobar is the Marketing Coordinator with 3 years of experience in social media management, website design, and graphic design. Based in Manila, Philippines, Cybil’s favorite superhero is Spider-Man, and her favorite meal is Tapsilog (a traditional Filipino dish) with halo-halo for dessert. Her favorite book is Kafka on the Shore, and her favorite movie is Shape of Water. Cybil’s family is her greatest love, and outside of work, she enjoys music and singing. She has a passion for reading and freelances as a virtual assistant. Her goal is to be the best mom she can be for her daughter.
